Vocal’s SequenceCall product is a powerful sequencing and escalation communication platform that enables SMS, Voice, Pager, Email and PrefMail messages to be broadcast in any order (or simultaneously) to a chain of command.

Messages can be sent within a range of profiles, including:-

• Time Frame, for example, Working Day, Evening or Weekends by device or recipient

• Order of authority

• By Rota or Shift pattern

• By Device order The SequenceCall system will contact recipients in the order as specified until a member of the chain accepts the message, the sequence is then stopped and all members of the chain notified of the acceptance.
